This black-eyed rogue is TOBY.
Yes, that TOBY … The hairy one that gives name to our restaurant and appears in our advertising.

The same that strutting down the street becoming the important because it is the protagonist of our history and the image of a whole way of doing and thinking.

If you have ever coincided with him while you were having lunch or dinner at our place, you will know which character we are dealing with. The biggest 4-legged rogue between Paseo de Colón and Puerta de Jerez.

All the people that make up the big family that works in TOBY eats the world watch it when they do not look. We spied on him while he wanders around the restaurant from here to there with his peculiar sausage dog swing, hoping to catch him in flagrante while he commits one of his many pranks.

Sometimes, when one of our esteemed clients visits us with a dog, he lacks time to approach and haunt her, haughty, with an air of grandeur. We imagine him whispering in his ear, presuming:

– Do you know, baby?  I created everything you see, (with some help from somewhat stupid humans). You are invited to come whenever you want. You will never miss a delicious little bone and a drink of the best fresh water in my restaurant.

Some of the pretended dogs, displeased by the flirting of this rascal, return a snort of disapproval; some others, more subtle, dismiss you with a smile of courtesy; and some, deceived by this apprentice of Casanova, blink blushing between passionate sighs.

And it is that this urchin knows how to win over everyone. If you know the history of our restaurant, you will know that this little rogue coaxed a chef to dine opíparamente every night, so that the noble chef, duped by the personality of the cunning can not resist to welcome him as one of the family.

Stay alert if you cross with this adorable urchin. We are fully convinced that, if we leave it, this TOBY will eats the world.
